At Southwest Moto Tires we strive to provide customers top quality tires, at discount prices while providing outstanding service along with the fastest shipping possible. When ordering tires from swmototires.com all orders placed before 2 p.m. MST will be shipped same day, provided the tires are in stock. In the event the tires are not in stock, or will not be available to us within two days, we will in all cases notify the customer immediately to discuss other tire options, timeline for shipping, or cancellation of order. We will not under any circumstances, place a customer on "backorder" without first notifying them, and discussing the details of the tires availability.

Southwest Moto Tires offers free shipping (ground delivery) with the purchase of two or more tires. All single tire orders will be charged $14.00 for shipping. For overnight or second day air rates, please email info@swmototires.com for rates. Southwest Moto Tires does not ship to PO boxes or to APO/FPO addresses. All shipments to US 48 States. Alaska and Hawaii please email for freight quote. A tracking number will be emailed to customers when tires are ship from our retail location. In the event tires are sent from one of our warehouses, a tracking number will not be sent so please do not panic, your tires are on the way. In the event the tires are unavailable, or other problems with the order the customer will be notified immediately by phone and email.

Southwest Moto Tires can not recommend a tire for your motorcycle that is not recommended by the tire manufacturer or motorcycle manufacturer, regardless of what may be circulated as a tire solution on any website. If you choose to use a tire by suggestion of another rider from a club or fan website, Southwest Moto Tires assumes no responsibility, this includes the mounting of tires other than the size suggested by manufacturers.
