Ordering Information

At Southwest Moto Tires we strive to provide customers top quality tires, at discount prices while providing outstanding service along with the fastest shipping possible. When ordering tires from swmototires.com all orders placed before 2 pm. MST will be shipped same day, provided the tires are in stock. In the event the tires are not in stock, or will not be available to us within two days, we will in all cases notify the customer immediately to discuss other tire options, timeline for shipping, or cancellation of order.

We will not under any circumstances, place an order on "backorder" without first notifying you and discussing the details of the tire availability. All single tire orders will be charged $14.00 for shipping. Freight is always FREE with an order of two or more tires. For overnight or second day air rates, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for rates.

Southwest Moto Tires does not ship to PO boxes or to APO/FPO addresses. All shipments to US 48 States. Alaska, Canada and Hawaii please email for freight quote. A tracking number will be emailed to customers when tires are ship from our retail location. In the event tires are sent from one of our warehouses, a tracking number will not be sent so please do not panic, your tires are on the way. In the event the tires are unavailable, or other problems with the order the customer will be notified immediately by phone and email.

Phone Call Policy

We apologize to our online customers but we no longer take orders by phone and can no longer provide tech questions via phone.  We do however respond very quickly via email, and take orders online or by fax at 520-748-0564.

Due to the high volume of calls the email system is more efficient and effective and we answer most emails within an hour, during business hours.  All emails are answered every business day.  Local customers are welcome to call and schedule appointments, our number is listed locally.  Email still is a more efficient means, and it will keep us from putting you on hold for a long period of time, make you listen to elevator music, talk to a machine or a person who does not know the information you seek.

We run a professional internet store with zero monkey business.  Not publishing our phone number to internet customers is not because we are shady, it is because Murphy's law dictates everyone calls at the same time, and everyone wants to talk forever.  We love our customers and appreciate your business, email is the best way for us to get you accurate information, and in a timely manner.

By only taking orders by fax or online we eliminate errors that are made by us taking it by phone.
If you receive (sometimes it happens) the wrong tire, there is a clear record if it is our fault, and
we will fix it immediately.  If it is because the customer ordered the wrong tire, all shipping for the exchange for the correct tire will be the customers responsibility.

Return Policy
At Southwest Moto Tires, we are all about customer service. In the event that you receive a defective tire or you receive the wrong tire, Southwest Moto Tires will send you a replacement. All we ask is that you send us back the original tire with our shipping label at no cost to you. We will honor all returns within 15 days of you receiving your order. Any returns after 15 days will be subject to review on a case by case basis.
